This page explains what personal data the PT Surya Lestari Abadi website collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and your rights over it, in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

When you send a job application: full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, address, the position applied for, answers to any extra questions, and one CV or application file.

For security, the sender’s IP address is stored as a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the IP address. It is used to prevent spam.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Only two cookies are needed for the site and its forms to work safely: a session cookie and a form security cookie.

WhatsApp and third-party services

The WhatsApp buttons, calculators, sales map and agent sign-up form prepare a message on your device and open it in WhatsApp. That message is not stored on our server; the conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page opens.

How we use the data

Application data is only used to assess applications and contact suitable candidates. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process application data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before the application is sent.

Storage and security

CV files are stored on the server without a public address, so they cannot be opened from the internet. Only authorised recruitment staff can access them through the login-protected admin panel. Applications and their CV files are deleted automatically 12 months after they are sent. All connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS).

Other parties

Application data is not shared with other parties, except the hosting provider that runs this site’s server, or where required by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, ask for it to be deleted before the 12 months are up, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to the contact below; we will confirm your identity before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
